In an attempt to reimagine my relationship with the internet, I began crafting community experiences. Till date, I've helped 25+ startups, creators, and athletes build spaces for playful learning and serendipitous connections.

Apart from that, I've built sustainable systems that let them focus more on doing what they do best instead of being in ops mode.

Perform Audience Research

The secret to selling more, getting raving reviews, and building a memorable business is understanding your customers or audience better than they understand themselves.

Before building Charlotte North's app, I interviewed young lacrosse players who wanted to learn from her and built the app based on their exact needs. Similarly, I helped a startup, Tiramisu, refine their positioning and redesign their app to attract college clubs.

To add an async element to Lex Roman's recurring Track and Tune events where members reflected on their progress and crafted new experiments, I built a Slack bot for members to share updates either before an event or when they weren't able to attend an event.
